As a Business and Development Coach based in Kent, my role is to assist people in setting and achieving realistic and time framed goals in order to overcome any current challenge you or your business is currently experiencing.

We are all aware that during this current economic climate there is general unease within the business and personal worlds of many. This may be due to the recession, redundancy, lack of career direction or simply wanting to develop some aspect of your life.

My specialism is with Career, SME and Freelance Business and Confidence Coaching, along with any individual who feels that Coaching, will give them a better perspective on any aspect of their lives.

Coaching is all about seeking solutions to overcome any challenges you or your business are experiencing at this current time.

My Coaching Techniques are dynamic in a sense that I am more than aware that time is money.  I waste no time in establishing your current challenge and Coach you to seek the ideal solution for you or your business.

My Coaching is very Solution Focussed. We will spend 10% of the time in the challenge and 90% of the time in the Solutions.
